At Laalee, we strive to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all our guests. To maintain a harmonious environment, we kindly request your adherence to the following Home Stay policies:

1. Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-In: 3:00 p.m.
• Check-Out: 11:00 a.m.

2. Reservation, Confirmation, and Cancellation:

• Reservations are confirmed upon charging the room rate for the stay.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE, with an option to reschedule based on availability.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival during holidays or for bookings of 3 or more rooms are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Early Departure:

• Guests departing early due to any circumstance will be charged the entire amount of the original reservation.

4. Full Guest House Bookings:

• The entire Laalee is available for up to 18 guests with a minimum 3-day booking. Inquire for rates and reservations at RESERVATIONS@LAALEE.IN
• Full Home Stay rentals are refundable up to 30 days prior to the reservation.

5. General Policies:

• Maximum room occupancy: 2 guests per room. Extra bed for children less than 12 years of age is available on request at an additional charge. Please inform us if you would require one.
• Only registered guests are permitted on the premises unless prior arrangements are made with management and proper ID is submitted.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Master Card, Visa, Amex, and debit cards.
• Damages to rooms will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card at the discretion of the management.
• Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.

6. Privacy and Security:

• For security purposes, guests are required to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

7. Changes to Rates and Policies:

• Rates and policies are subject to change, and we encourage guests to review them periodically.
