Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE, with an option to reschedule based on availability.
  • Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival during holidays or for bookings of 3 or more rooms are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds only through cash/cheque/bank transfer for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/debit card refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • No reduction from the Meal Plan / Package price can be claimed in case any meals / activities are not availed, or should any activities become unavailable on the day.
